SKAI Technologies is an agrotech company focused on bridging the gap between Agriculture, sustainable agro-practices, and technology. We are a small but fast-growing team creating solutions to help farmers and agricultural businesses.

Organic fertilizer is one of our main products. We manufactured and delivered over 100 tonnes of fertilizer in the last year. We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive who is responsible for boosting our sales and being the point of contact between our business and customers or farmers.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns
- Visit customers and prospect locations for awareness creation and sales
- Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Produce creative content, including social media posts, videos, and articles
- Maintain customer databases and sales and marketing documentation

**Skill Requirements**
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with agricultural practices
- Good MS Office, Excel, and computer knowledge
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma equivalent qualification
