CNC Laser and Turret Programmers

**Creating CNC programs**:Developing and editing programs using CAD/CAM software for laser and turret punch machines.
- **Optimizing programs**:Improving program efficiency to reduce cycle times and material waste.
- **Nesting**:Planning the arrangement of parts on the material sheet for laser cutting and punching, optimizing material usage.
- **Blueprint interpretation**:Reading and understanding engineering drawings to determine job requirements.
- **Tooling selection**:Choosing the correct tools, punches, and dies for specific materials and production needs.

Machine Setup and Operation:

- **Machine setup**: Preparing and setting up CNC machines for production, including loading materials and tools.
- **Machine testing**: Ensuring proper machine operation and efficiency.
- **Adjusting machine settings**: Fine-tuning settings to achieve desired product specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving issues related to programming, tooling, or machine performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
