**Main duties**:
**The Role**:

- **Works with Senior engineers and project engineers to communicate, problem-solve, and update models for coordination and design issues.**:

- **Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions**:

- **Managing the CAD / BIM team of a Minimum of 10.**:

- **Develops accurate 2D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes, and visibility settings.**:

- **Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.**:

- **Receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments.**:

- **Adhere to the BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria.**:

- **Ensure all Deliveries should be with Proper QA/QC.**:

- **Handle and coordinate with Multiple Business Units, For Example, civil, Structure, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing teams Etc.**:

- **Design, Assistance to the Owner, Project management and Construction**:
**Qualification**

B-Tech / Diploma
- CIVIL

**Experience**
- 4 to 6 years of Multi-Disciplinary Coordinator experience in Metro / Buildings Projects.
- Knowledge of Auto-Desk, Bentley, CDE) is compulsory.
- Familiarity IS)19650 / BIM Forum codes of practices.
- Must have strong time-management skills and maintain focus and discipline.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude.
