**Role : Graphic Designer**

Elan is a leading name in high-quality wallpapers and murals, with over a decade of expertise in crafting bespoke designs that elevate spaces. We are looking for talented **Graphic Designers**with a strong command of design software and an eye for aesthetics to join our team.

**Responsibilities / Deliverables**
- You will be responsible for developing designs and color combinations of wallpapers and murals according to the clients requirements.
- Sourcing and management of design elements and designs for future references.

**Tasks**
- Co-ordinate with the architects, interior designers and direct clients and offer them designs from our design library which includes digital files as well has wallpaper catalogs that we have in our portfolio.
- Understanding the requirements of the clients thoroughly.
- Editing the files in Photoshop, illustrator or similar softwares to match the requirements of the clients.
- Making the file in high resolution and making sure that its ready for printing by slicing the file as per the requirement of the printer.
- You will also be responsible for making sure of what design was sent and what was printed along with the color accuracy of the print.
- Sourcing of elements and new designs involves buying the elements from various websites like Shutterstock, Creative Market, RawPixel. Besides this it also includes any designs / elements that you are required to make by hand or using softwares like Photoshop and Illutrator.
- Make PDF catalogs of all the designs made with proper presentation which also includes presenting the designs in a digital mockups.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing team and update the designs on the website and social media.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate from any reputed university.
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator.

**Measurement Metrics**
- You will be measured according to the quality and creativity of your designs.
- Efficiency and turn around times for the designs.
- Satisfaction of the clients.
- Mastery over the programs used.
- Ability to stay with the trends and recommend and develop new designs according to the trends.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
