**Job Description
- Customer Relationship Executive**

**JOB SUMMARY**

The CRE position is the front end of the business. A Customer Relationship officer is a skilled sales professional who uses their persuasive skills to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Dialing outbound calls to potential customers

Using scripts to provide information about products or services

Asking questions to understand the customer's needs

Persuading customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs

Recording customer information accurately in a computer system

Handling complaints or doubts to protect the company's reputation

Keeping records of calls and sales

Maintaining a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Self-Motivated and enthusiasm for work.
- Able to Co-ordinate with the client regarding requirement.
- Do systematic Client Follow up and interact with Client on daily basis.
- They should also be able to understand requirement and recommend solutions.
- Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in Company
- formats.
- Interact effectively and professionally with clients and other field staff by providing support information and guidance.
- Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform client identification in multiple
- locations as needed.
- Execute full process from taking an appointment to complete information collation
- Excellent time management
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
- report etc
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending organization training and establishing personal networks

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years sales experience preferably in construction / manufacturing companies
- Should be able to speak clearly and write and speak in English and local language
