Join our team as an Export and Import Coordinator, where you'll spearhead customs clearance, documentation handling, and seamless coordination for our international trade operations. We're searching for a detail-oriented individual to ensure smooth cross-border transactions while nurturing strong relationships with our global partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication with customers and suppliers, collecting essential information and documentation for import and export transactions.
- Prepare and submit all necessary import and export paperwork, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Engage with customs authorities to guarantee timely clearance of goods and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Keep internal teams, customers, and suppliers informed about shipment status and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to coordinate transportation and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities, including shipment details, documentation, and communications.
- Provide valuable guidance and support to internal teams regarding customs compliance, documentation requirements, and customer/supplier coordination.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Accumulate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export and import coordination, customs clearance, and documentation management.
- Possess a robust understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior usage of customs clearance software.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Show meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience collaborating with customs brokers or freight forwarders.
- Familiarity with trade compliance programs like C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) or AEO (Authorized Economic Operator).
- Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, enhancing global communication channels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,177.50 per month
