We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Pune. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for BBA students to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of real estate marketing. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, contributing to our online presence and lead generation efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Marketing:
Creating engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Managing social media accounts and responding to inquiries.

Running social media advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance.

Researching and implementing social media trends and best practices.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.

Assisting in optimizing website content for search engines.

Content Marketing:
Assisting in creating blog posts, articles, and other content related to real estate.

Researching industry trends and topics.

Optimizing content for readability and search engines.

Market Research:
Conducting research on local real estate markets and competitor activities.

Identifying potential target audiences and their needs.

Other tasks as assigned: This may include assisting with event planning, creating marketing materials, or other related tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing and the real estate industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms.

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative and innovative thinker.1
