Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Design Projects**:Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- **Creative Direction**:Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality work.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and develop effective visual solutions.
- **Visual Design**:Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, social media, packaging, and print.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
- **Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- **Mentorship**:Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Strategic Input**:Contribute to strategic discussions, offering creative insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

- **Strong Design Skills**:Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and other visual design principles.
- **Proficiency in Design Software**:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Experience in Various Media**:Familiarity with digital and print design, including web, social media, and packaging.
- **Leadership and Communication**:Ability to lead and manage a team, as well as effectively communicate design ideas and feedback.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify and solve design challenges, ensuring projects meet objectives.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,107.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
