Job Description - Visual Content Designer (Illustration, Graphic Design & Content Creation)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Visual Content Designer who can blend the

art of illustration, graphic design, and content creation to craft impactful marketing

collaterals. This person will conceptualize, design, and produce engaging visuals and content

across print and digital platforms to support branding, product promotion, and storytelling

initiatives. If you're someone who loves shaping ideas into compelling visual narratives and

has a strong eye for design, branding, and copy then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Illustration & Visual Storytelling

a. Create original illustrations that enhance brand identity and marketing

messaging.

b. Develop visual narratives for brochures, social media, hoardings, videos, and

brand campaigns.

c. Adapt illustration styles to suit different media — from mínimalist to

expressive, editorial, or technical.

2. Graphic Design & Layout

a. Design a wide variety of marketing collaterals including:
b. Brochures, flyers, presentations

c. Hoardings, banners, and container branding

d. Social media creatives and ad graphics

f. Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and branding guidelines across

assets.

g. Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

3. Content Creation

a. Draft engaging headlines, captions, and copy that complement the visual

designs.

b. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for campaigns,

launches, and promotions.

c. Create branded templates and visual systems for recurring content types.

4. Collaboration & Execution

a. Work closely with the marketing, digital, and architecture teams for design

requirements.

b. Take ownership of end-to-end creative output — from concept to final

execution.

c. Incorporate feedback and iterate on design/content as needed.

d. Maintain a content library of design assets, illustrations, templates, and

creative references.

Qualifications:
5. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communication, or related field

6. 1-2 years of experience in a similar hybrid creative role (agency or in-house)

7. Strong portfolio showcasing:
a. Original illustrations

b. Marketing design work

c. Creative content/copy samples (preferably in social or digital media)

8. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canvas, Sigma

(optional), Procreate, etc.

9. A flair for visual storytelling, composition, and branding.

10. Strong command of written English and visual communication principles.

11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
