**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Call and connect with potential clients** to understand their needs and requirements

2. **Generate and qualify leads**by identifying interested customers

3. **Manage customer calls** professionally and ensure a positive experience

4. Close sales deals and achieve targets

5. Handle client queries, issues, and provide timely resolutions

6. Maintain and update the CRM or lead management system

7. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication

8. Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions

9. Report daily activities and performance metrics

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

2. Ability to handle objections and problem-solve

3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

4. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

5. Prior experience in sales or tele-calling is a plus but not mandatory

6. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
