Production Supervisor

AM Nonwovens is one of the leading preventive wear (Medical Textiles) manufacturer in India.
- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure all machines, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and in working order.
- Inspect fabrics for any imperfections or flaws.
- Supervise workers during production to ensure safety regulations are being followed.
- Create and implement production schedules based on orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare production plan when needed.
- Train new employees on proper operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot any production issues that arise and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of têxtile production.
- Resolve any customer complaints regarding têxtile products or services in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
