**Sales Officer at B R BANG Private Limited**

Position Overview: As a Sales Officer at B R BANG Private Limited, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium quality Rock Salt and Black Salt products. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers, market segments, and industries for Rock Salt and Black Salt products.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell our products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers, answering their queries and addressing concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to meet customer demands.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
- Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships, understand their evolving needs, and generate additional sales.

Sales Administration:

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.

Achieving Sales Targets:

- Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the FMCG or food industry.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
