About the role: A unique opportunity to join our S2P Team.
Your key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support for suppliers and buyers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues, providing expert guidance and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Service Now platform to manage and track customer service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of chatbot technology to streamline customer interactions and enhance the overall user experience
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to customer service teams, ensuring a high level of knowledge and proficiency.
- Analyze and improve customer service processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

**Minimum requirements**

Essential Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supplier management, process roles, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ariba and SAP MDG is essential

Desirable Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of supplier management best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the supplier management landscape, with a focus on improving user experience and quality.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements in a global organization.
