Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain robust management information systems to capture and analyze data related to various business processes.

Collect, collate, and verify data from different sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity and quality.

Generate regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key business insights and performance metrics to management.

Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Provide support to various departments in utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data collection methods and reporting standards.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data confidentiality and security.

Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of MIS and data analytics and recommend process improvements and system enhancements accordingly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven work experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of database management systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).

Familiarity with data visualization techniques and ability to create impactful reports and dashboards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into easily understandable insights.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and experience in maintaining data confidentiality and security.

Prior experience in process improvement, data governance, or business intelligence will be an added advantage.
