**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for school events, campaigns, and special projects.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the school’s branding guidelines and messaging.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, including event signage, online banners, and other collateral.
- Edit and resize images and graphics as needed for different platforms and mediums.
- Manage and organize design files and digital assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the school’s marketing materials remain fresh and engaging.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across print and digital media.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with web design, video editing, or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with educational branding or school marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
