Job description

To understand Clients brief and requirements.

To attend client meetings with core team and giving presentations.

Assisting the team with right strategic solution in respect to events.

To brainstorm with the team for creative solutions.

Your role will include taking event briefs from clients, providing solutions by writing proposals and building client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

Be a part of pitch presentations and coordinate on creative deliverables to clients.

Managing existing & new client relationships.

Should be able to prepare estimates, vendor costings & negotiations etc.

Hands on experience on LIVE & platforms with end-to-end event planning and execution.

Research about Event Industry and also keep updated with the new trends in the market.

You will be able to work in a calm and organized manner when under the pressure of tight deadlines and clients demands, with a desire to go the extra mile.

Skills Required

Research and Development in the field of events

2+ years of corporate events experience

Knowledge of Excel & Presentations

Highly motivated and driven by targets

Ability to work to deadlines

Open to travel

Strong communicator, proactively updating team members and other involved parties throughout the event cycle

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
