Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with a global IT team to assist in resolving issues.
- Create and maintain patches using Tanium for global client endpoints
- Rollout software using Tanium
- Partner with the security team to enforce security policies, zero-day response and other security remediations
- Develop reporting infrastructure, create reports and provide metrics on Wabtec’s patching environment
- Create and maintain security baselines within Tanium and Intune
- Be an escalation point for all patching related issues
- Deploy proactive and creative solutions to problems, issues, and requests.
- Support DWP projects including acquisitions, migrations, and rollouts
- Support a growing catalog of DWP services, including Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Desktop Imaging, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Ensure level 2/3 incident response and compliance to ticket SLAs.
- Be an escalation point, and a strong advocate for our end users, customers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with third-party service and support vendors to ensure maximum uptime and prompt problem remediation
- Project management skills

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Microsoft Certified
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to travel internationally
- Willingness to work all hours across different time zones

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of Endpoint management tools such as Tanium, Jamf, and Intune (MS Endpoint Manager). Tanium experience a plus
- Knowledge of end user apps
- PowerShell scripting
- Willing to embrace change and manage or influence required activities to reach desired outcomes
- Proven ability to deliver while under tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to proactively analyze and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
- Actively seeks next-gen certifications pertinent to the role
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
- Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
