**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduation in Any Stream with Diploma / PG Diploma in Material Management Preferred**Experience**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience**Any additional requirement**:
**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- The incumbent should have 2-5 yrs. of experience in stock updation both physical and records.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Financial**
**Inventory Maintenance**
- To look after receiving and counting of materials.
- To be responsible for maintaining minimum level of all raw materials.
- To issue of raw material (Physically) as per issue slips of production department.
**Customer Oriented**
**Maintenance & Upkeep**
- To ensure proper housekeeping in the store.
**Verification & Quality check**
- To send receiving report and material to the lab for testing.
- To physically inspect the quality of raw material received.
**People Oriented**
**Internal Business Process**
**Documentation**
- To look after preparation of indent and proper distribution of materials.
- To undertake maintenance of stock register.
- To maintain records of incoming & outgoing material.
- To prepare DRR/GRN.
- To prepare all the documents of received materials along with the bill.
