**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer**Location**: Adajan Surat Gujarat **Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs align with technical specifications and business goals.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to improve usability and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and products.
- Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
- Maintain design consistency throughout various platforms and ensure designs follow UI/UX best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (academic projects, internships, or freelance work).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic design.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
