Pune, India Help Overseas Immigration Full time

An immigration counselor plays a crucial role in providing guidance and support to individuals or families navigating the complex immigration process. They assist clients with understanding immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, and help them make informed decisions about their immigration options. Immigration counselors work closely with clients, government agencies, and legal professionals to ensure compliance with immigration requirements and facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, understand their goals, and evaluate eligibility for different immigration programs or visa categories.

Legal Compliance: Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and ensure client cases are in compliance with current regulations.

Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in gathering, organizing, and verifying required documents, such as passports, identification, birth certificates, educational transcripts, and employment records.

Communication and Representation: Liaise with immigration authorities, consulates, and embassies on behalf of clients to gather information, provide clarifications, and advocate for clients' immigration cases.

Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews to prepare clients for immigration interviews, providing guidance on expected questions, etiquette, and necessary documentation.

Cultural Sensitivity: Display cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their unique needs and concerns are addressed.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, case files, and documentation in accordance with privacy and confidentiality regulations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
