- Successfully incorporate training and customer scoring guidelines (Solutions)
- Ability to review, analyze and organize solutions

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong English grammar and mechanic skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet)

**Desirable**:
Ideally 6 months to a year's work experience in an office-based environment or freelancing.
- Must be good communicator
- Having good communication skills over written and verbal.
- Should be comfortable for work from office.
