Algonomy products are used by marketers, digital optimization or personalization managers, and front-end and back-end developers. In this role you will focus on the experience of a marketer - making complex products into something intuitive and easy to use for marketers.

Algonomy is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX designers, front and back-end engineers, technical writers, and product management. As a member of the UX team you will collaborate closely with each of the teams to create industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them.

As an Sr. UX Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to create industry-leading user experiences. You’ll follow projects through from concept to completed design and product implementation.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, UX, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in UX Design.
- A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Effective team player, experience working across functions in a large organization, with strong customer service, communication, presentation and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Strong visual design skills
- Expertise with mobile and enterprise level solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with complex systems and provide great storytelling to build cross-functional and cross-product area alignment to bring a strategic and systems/framework design mindset to solve at scale
- Collaborate with a team of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
- Develop strong cross-product area relationships with teams across Algonomy as well as our external partners.
- Navigate and lead through ambiguity while partnering with driven Product Managers and Engineering leads motivated to deliver value to our users and partners
