Strategic Sourcing

**Principle Accountabilities: -**

1. Improve customer service

a. Timely delivery of desired quality of material at optimal cost and required quantity (no stock-out situation)

b. Effectiveness & efficiency of the procurement process.

2. Cost effectiveness (In Raw Materials, Projects, Engineering & Maintenance, Imports, Freight etc.) and improve efficiency. Increase in procurement ROI = cost savings / total spends

3. Waste elimination & Continuous Improvement

a. Drive quality culture within department

b. Review and introduce departmental procedure & work instructions

c. Rate contract (i.e., ARC / AMC) of repetitive spends

d. Best practice implementation through benchmarking and develop market intelligence on major spends.

4. EHS & Risk Mitigation

a. Proactively identify and manage risks that could lead to non-compliance

b. Ensure 100% compliance of all applicable laws, rules & regulations, and statutory requirement in all procurement process

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
