**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Independently manage and oversee site execution related to geotechnical investigations such as soil testing, borehole drilling, trial pits, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of field work, material usage, labor attendance, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve any on-site issues.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment, and manpower as per project needs.
- Report to project manager or senior engineer regularly.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum education**:12th Pass or above** (ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role; experience in **geotechnical field work** is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions.
- Must be **capable of handling site and client independently**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and reporting procedures.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites (as needed).
- Must be responsible, punctual, and a team player.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹234,000.00 per year
