**Physics Faculty - IIT JEE Division (IPEC Eduserv Pvt Ltd.)**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach Physics to students preparing for IIT JEE (Main and Advanced)
- Deliver engaging and concept-focused classroom sessions (offline/online)
- Prepare high-quality study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers
- Conduct regular tests and analyze student performance
- Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentorship to students
- Stay updated with the latest trends in JEE pattern and syllabus
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to develop curriculum
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve excellence in competitive exams
- Faculty with prior experience in reputed coaching institutes like FIITJEE, Allen, Aakash, Resonance, etc.
- Online teaching experience or YouTube/EdTech exposure will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle batch sizes of 40+ students confidently
Pay: ₹60,413.52 - ₹150,651.99 per month
