***:

- Prepare construction drawings - Floor plans, sections, elevations, Tiling layout, Landscape layout, Cladding, Compound wall etc.
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts
- Produce 2D/3D design drawings
- Prepare GFC detailed working drawing
- Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer software.
- Ensure integration of all related services and utilities in the final design drawings.
- Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction, using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.
- Visit construction sites to collect measurements and prepare survey drawings as per requirement Co-ordinate with external vendors/consultants to incorporate details into architectural Drawings.
- Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.

**Key Skills**:

- Process ownership & willingness to work in a start-up like work environment
- Knowledge about Drafting of all Engineering Drawings including Civil/Structural/MEP/Architectural/P&ID/ELE etc.. schematics
Must have Auto CAD 2D/3D certification
Revit/Adobe Photoshop/illustrator is a plus
- Must be able to manage multiple projects
- Adherence to time & design standards
- Good ability on reading structure standard drawing.
- Structure knowledge of Slab, Beam, Column, Footing, Section etc.
- Design drafting of residential projects.
- Ability to work in a team.
