- Abstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD - 10 Codes.
- Should be proficient in understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate in
- accordance with ICD-10 guidelines.
- Assign correct codes and perform edits as per correct coding initiative
- Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 95% accuracy(Quality)
- Certification -CPC, CRC, CCS

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
