**Job Title**:Marketing Executive - USA Region

**Location**:USA (Working from Office)

**Time Zone**:6.00 PM to 3.00 AM (IST)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure KPIs are met.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, services, and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners to optimize quality and cost-efficiency.
- **Leadership & Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Lead internal marketing initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members where necessary.
- **Planning & Strategy**:
***Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business targets in the USA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives.** **Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- **Budget Management**:

- Oversee the marketing budget for the USA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the USA region.
- Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and address customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and maximize lifetime value.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, vendor relations, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the USA market and understanding of cultural nuances in customer behavior.
- Working Hours:

- This role requires working during US business hours, with flexibility to adjust based on campaign needs or deadlines.
