Job description: Inside Sales Executive (Calling Process)

We are looking for hard working individual with good written and verbal communication skills for a Visa process in-order to handle visa related enquiries and close the sales.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years

Shift Timing: 9hrs Monthly Rotation Shift (Comfortable with Night Shifts)

Company Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Job Responsibility:

- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with international clients on chat and International Phone calls,
- Ability to follow up with the potential customers on phone or chat to persuade them to purchase Visa services,
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to chat volume and sales,
- Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge,
- Flexible to work under rotational shifts,
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment,
- Ability for upselling and cross selling product wherever required.

Skills Experience Requirement:

- Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred,
- Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business will be preferred,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
