ñ **To make entries in counting book.**

ñ **To clean, pack and sterilize the instruments to O.T. Wards and other departments..**

ñ **To receive linen from laundry and packing as per O.T. Technique.**

ñ **To sterilize the linen.**

ñ **To make entry in the issuance register at the time of issuance of instruments as well as linen.**

ñ **To maintain the over register.**

ñ **To perform cleaning, Carbolisation and spraying of the sterile room on fortnightly basis.**

ñ **To perform the daily cleaning.**

ñ **Confirm Quality Assurance of sterilization before issues.**

ñ **Maintains an effective and written communication by regular monitoring of communication log.**

ñ **To follow the process improvement programs and carry on Quality Initiatives.**

ñ **To perform all other job as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹24,647.42 per month
