**Position Available: Doctor (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) for Mobile clinic Vans (Female)**

**Organization**: Health Within Reach Foundation

**Role**: Female Doctor (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) for Mobile clinic Vans Operations

**Location**: Koregaon Park, Pune (Travel Required in and around Pune)

**About Us**: Health Within Reach Foundation is committed to extending healthcare services to underserved communities. Our Mobile Polyclinic Vans and Women Cancer Screening Van is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental and medical care to areas lacking adequate access to healthcare facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate regular camps to deliver medical services to communities in need for both Mobile clinic vans and Cancer screening van.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and outreach of the Mobile clinic vans and Cancer screening van.
- Conduct OPD services and provide necessary treatments during camps.
- Managing pharmacy
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members, including medical assistants, and drivers.
- Ensure the overall performance and efficiency of the Mobile clinic vans and Cancer screening van.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and camp schedules.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing healthcare facilities or mobile clinics.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee a team effectively.
- Ability to organize and conduct medical camps in remote or underserved areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving healthcare access for underserved populations.
