- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Bhojpuri and Hindi is mandatory.**:

- Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in customer support (preferred).
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
