**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
- Answer calls and communicate with clients/customers, especially Hindi-speaking
- Maintain files and records, both digital and physical
- Assist in procurement and inventory control
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and support staff
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, supplies, and office expenses
- Assist management in scheduling and logistics

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Both (preferred for field-related or travel duties)
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Hindi** and basic English; Tamil is a plus
- Minimum qualification: HSC or any Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
