**Training**:

- Training undergraduate students for animation, visual effects and compositing. Should be able to teach students Compositing Software (Maya, Nuke, Aftereffects, and other related software)
- Should be able to work with the live-action team and also support students to create projects using different visual effects techniques

**Specific Skill Set**:

- Hands-on experience on Animation & VFX projects
- Strong knowledge and experience of the VFX production process
- Ability to train students to conceptualize and implement ideas to create the final output
- Strong knowledge of Maya, Blender, Nuke, After Effects, silhouette, Premiere pro, 3d Equalizer, Drawing & Photoshop
- Strong working knowledge of compositing, Editing, lighting, dynamics, and rendering
- Good communicator (both oral and written) in English, Hindi.
- Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
- Should demonstrate a positive attitude, high motivation, and interpersonal skills

**Any Other Skill Set**:

- Enjoys working with people of all ages.
- Efficiently organized, with the ability to maintain detailed records
- Ability to execute events in a well-coordinated and planned manner.
- Encouraging.
- Compassionate
- Time management and follow-up skills
- **VFX/ Compositors/ Animation professionals who are passionate to teach and share knowledge will be preferred.**:
