**Job Title**:
**Splunk Engineer / Admin**

**Experience: 4**-8 Years.

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Technically sound in Splunk Administration and Development
- Responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in working with Support team
- Demonstrates willingness to challenge both the leadership, and the team resources as appropriate
- Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
- Demonstrates good active listening skills with an ability to interpret customers’ communications, to understand the zist of the problem
- Good technical knowledge on Splunk, Dynatrace or sounded knowledge on any monitoring tools
- Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk, Other monitoring tools etc.

**Key Skills***:

- ** Hands-on experience with **any** of these technologies (or similar) preferred: Dynatrace, Zabbix, Elasticsearch, LogStash, Kibana, Grafana, Elk or Splunk**

Qualifications:

- Ability to approach problems from an IT security perspective
- Demonstrate experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in information sensitive business**Education & Certifications:

- **
- Should be a Engineering / post graduate
- Having Splunk certification is a value add
