**About Us**:
Rean WaterTech (P) Ltd is a multi-state organization specialization in water projects, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable water management. Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of **Head - Operation & Maintenance** in Madhya Pradesh or Rajasthan.

**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, and distribution networks.
- Ensure continuous and uninterrupted water supply to consumers while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient plant and pipeline operations.
- Monitor water flow, pressure, and distribution efficiency across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system failures.
- Monitor and address leakages, equipment breakdowns, and pipeline repairs proactively.
- Ensure timely servicing of pumps, valves, filtration systems, and water treatment units.
- Manage emergency maintenance activities, including breakdown response and troubleshooting.
- Monitor the health and lifecycle of water supply infrastructure assets.
- Optimize energy and operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
- Develop plans for system upgrades, automation, and technology integration.
- Strong Liaison Capability
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary O&M team, including engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Prepare and manage O&M budgets, cost estimations, and expenditure tracking
- Use data analytics and digital monitoring tools (SCADA, GIS, IoT sensors) for performance improvement.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, efficiency, water losses, and response times.
- Provide regular reports on operations, maintenance activities, and compliance status.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of water supply projects
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Familiarity with government water supply policies, environmental laws, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in SCADA, GIS, ERP, and asset management software.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Leadership and team management in a large-scale O&M environment.
- Technical expertise in water treatment and distribution infrastructure.
- Problem-solving and crisis management in operations and maintenance.
- Budgeting and financial planning for O&M cost control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong public relations capability

**Pay Scale**: As per Industry Standards
