Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Chemical Trading and distribution - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

Providing Back office support to the sales team.

Escalating inquiries from customers or clients to the sales team and responding with follow up actions to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.

Following up with all customers for payments or any other critical issues

Organizing Product sample to the customers after coordinating with the sales team.

Maintaining and updating database of customer contacts on CRM system

Key Skills:

Politeness, confidence, tact, patience and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems

Mandatory:
Good communication, telephone etiquette, listening and presentation skills

Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai (work from office)

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Qualification: Graduate
