**Primary Skills**:Visionplus, CMS, Visionplus Module, Unit Testing, Integration Testing

Skills Required:
LANGUAGES : COBOL, CICS, JCL,REXX AND EZYTREIVE

TOOLS & UTILITIES : IWS,CONTROL-M, CA7,DUMPMASTER, CONNECT DIRECT, SDSF, FILE-AID, FAULT ANALYZER,CHANGEMAN, XPEDITOR, ENDEAVOUR ,COGNOS

DATABASE : VSAM,DB2

SOFTSKILLS : Good in communications, Problem solving skills, Team work, Flexibility and adaptability as per work in L1

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Banking, preferably Credit/Debit Cards domain

**Desired Skills & Responsibilities**

Work in rotational day shifts or weekends or on-call support.

Triage, troubleshoot and resolve production support alerts and incidents

Independently analyze and respond to production incidents

Actively engage required teams and stakeholders for troubleshooting

Identify, test and implement fix in production

Liaise with vendors for problem resolution, regular catch-up meetings to track issues, improvise delivery

Perform L1 and L2 Production support and maintenance activities

Incident and Problem management

Trending of incidents and root cause analysis
