What you Do

You will be participating in some of the following areas, but as a fast-growing Company it is really hard to say anything firm, except you will be working on exciting projects and have influence on your own direction:

- Understand client expectations and build a project team around that need
- Smartly maintaining a balance between the client's or organisation's interests
- Carrying out Projects’ risk management
- Defining and discussing Project objectives with clients and team members
- Providing client overall account management as well as business consulting, as required
- Traveling to foreign lands, as required, to meet with the customers and align with their expectations
- Drive with business development and provide the required thrust to move to greater height
- Comprehensively represent nCircle with its customer-centric philosophy in front of its clients
- Participate in nCircle’s strategic planning.
- Coach & groom your team members to keep consistently delivering better results.
- Will be accountable for client status reporting and internal management reporting.

**Requirements**:
This is You:

- You can coordinate with Japanese clients and have N3 proficiency
- You are aware about SDLC
- You are able to identify risks involved during the project execution and timely reporting to CEO
- You are able to review the progress diligently with team and client
- You are able to build rapport with client
- You have good understanding of technical projects and are able to tighten the project scope
- You are good in prioritization.
- You are a good listener and sharp observer
- You employ strong organizational skills
