IBI International is a leading beauty institute dedicated to helping students build successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an **Admission Counselor** to guide students through the admission process, provide information about our programs, and help them start their journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Talk to prospective students to understand their career goals.
- Share information about courses, certifications, and opportunities at IBI International.
- **Admission Assistance**:

- Keep records of inquiries and admissions progress.
- **Follow-Ups & Lead Management**:

- Follow up with leads from inquiries and events to convert them into enrollments.
- **Representation**:

- Represent the institute at events, career fairs, and workshops.
- Arrange and conduct campus tours for potential students.
- **Support & Guidance**:

- Offer career advice and guidance to students.
- Build positive relationships and create a welcoming environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in counseling, admissions, or sales is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM).
