**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data from multiple sites.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports related to site progress, material consumption, labor deployment, and cost tracking.
- Maintain and update project-related data in spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Support project managers and senior management with customized reports and dashboards.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with site teams for timely corrections.
- Generate variance reports to compare planned vs. actual progress.
- Assist in preparing presentations for management reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in the civil/construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboarding).
- Experience with ERP software or project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
