We are seeking a talented and driven female telecaller to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our healthcare products and services, and converting leads into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to promote Lordsveda's healthcare products like supplements, fitness equipment, and wellness programs.
- Effectively communicate product benefits in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for sales process.
- Schedule appointments or consultations with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers for relationship building and upselling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in B.Sc. (Science), PGDMLT Diploma, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm degree (preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
