Process Coordinator

**Role & responsibilities**
- **System Management**: Oversee all Google Sheets-based systems, ensuring functionality and data integrity.
- **Team Coordination**: Ensure all staff members are actively and accurately updating the sheets on time.
- **Technical Support**: Provide instant troubleshooting for any system errors and collaborate with our DME (developer) to resolve complex issues.
- **Reporting**: Create and distribute regular MIS reports and performance dashboards for the team.
- **Process Improvement**: Proactively provide input to fix existing systems and help develop new, more efficient processes.
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets is essential (including advanced formulas like QUERY, VLOOKUP, Array Formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to train users and enforce processes.
- A proactive and self-starting attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
