Position Title: Stylist

Our work spans ecommerce, website and Instagram shoots, campaigns, reels, and more. We are known for our innovative styling and creative direction, bringing brand visions to life in visually stunning ways. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Stylist to lead our styling team and elevate the visual impact of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Creative Styling Direction:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of styling for all shoots, including ecommerce, campaigns, and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, photographers, and clients to interpret and bring the brand’s vision to life.
- Develop mood boards, style guides, and creative concepts for each project.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior stylists and interns.

2. Wardrobe and Accessory Management:

- Source and select clothing, accessories, props, and other elements to achieve the desired look for each shoot.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, retailers, and suppliers to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality styling materials.
- Organize and maintain an inventory of wardrobe items, ensuring they are properly stored, labeled, and cared for.

3. On-Set Styling Leadership:

- Lead the styling team on set, ensuring that all looks are executed flawlessly.
- Make real-time adjustments to styling as needed during photoshoots and video productions.
- Ensure that the overall aesthetic aligns with the creative direction and client expectations.

4. Client and Brand Collaboration:

- Act as the main point of contact for styling-related discussions with clients.
- Present and pitch styling concepts to clients, explaining the creative rationale behind each look.
- Ensure all styling aligns with the brand’s identity and guidelines while adding fresh, creative input.

5. Trend Research and Innovation:

- Stay updated on current fashion trends, color palettes, and styling techniques to keep projects fresh and relevant.
- Provide creative insights and suggestions that align with both industry trends and client needs.
- Proactively research and implement new styling techniques and concepts into projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience and Background:

- Proven experience as a Senior Stylist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styling projects.
- Extensive knowledge of fashion, styling techniques, fabrics, color theory, and current trends.
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative or production environment.
- Strong network of contacts within the fashion industry (designers, retailers, suppliers).

2. Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent visual and creative skills, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and creative teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead a team and manage others in a creative environment.
