3. **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, including mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.
- Perform repairs or coordinate with maintenance technicians to resolve complex problems and minimize downtime.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to verify conformance to specifications.
- Implement quality control procedures and document inspection results to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cycle time reduction, and cost savings through innovation and optimization of machining methods.
- Stay updated on advancements in CNC machining technology, software tools, and industry best practices through training, seminars, and networking.

6. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to machine operation, maintenance, and documentation.
- Maintain awareness of environmental regulations and practices related to machining operations.
