**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests, including blood tests, urinalysis, microbiology, and chemistry assays.
- Prepare and process specimens, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and disposal according to hospital protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Record, analyze, and report test results to physicians and other healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and waste.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests, procedures, and results.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff, as well as medical and nursing teams, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laboratory technology and practices.
**Qualifications**:
- DMLT
- Freshers & Experienced can apply.
- 2 Wheeler & Licence are mandatory
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification by a recognized professional body (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is preferred.
