**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Payment Reminders**: Follow up with customers for payment collections, ensuring timely reminders and resolving any related queries.
- **Customer Booking Schedule**: Manage service schedules, ensuring appointments and tasks are executed on time with customers and service teams.
- **Customer Query Handling**: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
- **Cold Calling**: Reach out to potential leads, introduce our services, and convert prospects into customers through persuasive and effective communication.
- **Data Recording**: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, payment statuses, and call outcomes for efficient management and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
