**Job Title**: AM - External Warehouse
**Location**: Chennai Office
**Reports to (Position)**: Divisional Head
**Department/Function**: FGS - Warehouse (External)

**Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for Satisfying Internal Customers -PCR & TBR in receiving tyres as per plan
Dispatch of tyres as per customer requirement & meeting Customer Satisfaction

**Major Responsibilities**: Ensure Safety of People and Facilities at FGS
Meeting Customer requirement as per CSQSR
Meetingon time delivery against SCM Schedule
Ensuring optimum inventory
Coordinating with support Business units and HO to achieve the desired results
Meeting Quality System Procedures
Taking care of Customer Co ordination and Transport Management system
Development of People, Training & Education
Handling and controlling of 3PL Service Provider
Execution of Improvement Projects
Co ordinate on bought out materials. ( indirect material )
Ensuring all legal and commercial requirements.
Receipt of tyres in both PCR and TBR
Ensuring of WMS in both PCR and TBR
CAPEX Management

**Skills**: Knowledge on inventory management
Knowledge on SAP
Knowledge in safety requirements in handling tyres with pallets
Knowledge on customer requirements (internal/external)
5S systems

**Relevant Experience**: 10-15 Years Experience in Logistics, Inventory Management, Stores Management and Material Planning

**Education Qualification(s)**: Diploma / Degree with MBA Preferable
