**Job Title**: 3D Animator

**Job Summary**: As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations and visual effects for a variety of projects. These include engineering simulations, technical animations for parts and processes, power plant animations, and more. You will work on the entire production pipeline, including rigging, texturing, modeling, video editing, VFX, and SFX, while also contributing to the modeling and animation of surrounding environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Animation Creation**:

- Develop high-quality 3D animations for various industries, including engineering, technical simulations, and power plant processes.
- Ensure accurate and detailed animation that clearly communicates technical concepts and designs.
- **Rigging**:

- Create rigs for characters, machinery, or mechanical systems to allow for smooth animation and movement.
- Work on both organic (characters, creatures) and hard surface (machines, vehicles) rigging tasks.
- **Composition**:

- Integrate 3D elements into live-action footage or other 3D assets seamlessly.
- Ensure proper lighting, shading, and camera work to maintain a cohesive and believable final product.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble rendered animations into final video formats.
- Incorporate transitions, effects, and enhancements to create polished final animations.
- **Texturing**:

- Utilize various techniques such as UV mapping, bump mapping, and normal mapping to improve surface detail.
- **Modeling**:

- Create 3D models of parts, machines, buildings, environments, and other objects required for the animation.
- Maintain proper polygon flow and detail level for efficient animation and rendering.
- **VFX (Visual Effects)**:

- Design and implement visual effects (VFX) that enhance the 3D animations.
- Create simulations of smoke, fire, explosions, and other dynamic elements that contribute to the realism of the animations.
- **SFX (Special Effects)**:

- Integrate special effects such as lighting, particle systems, and fluid simulations to support the visual narrative.
- Ensure special effects align with the project's visual style and overall look.
- **Animation & Modeling of Surrounding Environment**:

- Design and animate the environments in which the main characters or objects exist.
- Include animated elements such as weather, natural movements, and interactive objects within the scene to enhance realism.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini).
- Strong knowledge of rigging, modeling, texturing, composition and animation techniques.
- Expertise in video editing and compositing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with VFX and SFX creation and integration.
- Understanding of engineering and technical concepts, particularly for simulations and technical animations.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the engineering, architecture, or energy industries (e.g., power plants, industrial machinery).
- Understanding of lighting techniques, shaders, and rendering workflows.
- Knowledge of real-time engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D animation, modeling, and VFX work.
- Strong communication skills to interpret and incorporate feedback from clients or team members.

**Working Environment**:

- This role may require working from home or in a studio environment, depending on company policy.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across remote or in-person projects.

**Job Type**: Full-time / Contract

**Salary**: Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month for permanent
Pay for contractual: According to their work
