- Managing fabricating and delivery process including receiving fabrication order from Planning Department, making Fabricating schedule, assigning workers to fabricate.
- Cooperating with Planning to ensure delivery schedule, shop-drawings, material fabrication order is correct and implemented on time.
- Implementing production and making adjustments as necessary to produce products within specifications.
- Maintaining machinery operation, workshop environment, cooperating workers.
- Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, procedures.
- Monitoring usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.
- Building high Quality of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
- Maintaining, updating and developing procedures and documentation for Quality Systems, ensuring employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
- Filling in process sheets containing instructions for workers.
- Accompanying ISO auditors. Recommending and implementing action plans to correct deviations noted during audits.
- Establishing and supporting the working environment of continuous improvement that supports the companies Quality policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area to follow ISO quality.
- Scheduling and performing calibrations for plant measuring instruments.
- Administrating duties which include Time and Attendance system, Job Appraisal for all production employees.
- Proposing manpower request, overtime request and making suggestion as needed.
- Making daily Fabrication Report and problem issued to General Manager Plants
- Managing data Input on ERP system, cooperating with planning, warehouse to update data on ERP system.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Palladam, Tiruppur - 641605, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
